Elvis Duran (pictured) picked up another station on March 27, as he goes on his syndicating way: 98.5 KISS FM in Peoria. The host of the most-listened-to Top 40 morning show in America is now waking folks in Central Illinois, 5-9 a.m. daily. Scott of the KISS Morning Show will move to afternoons starting April 3, with a brand new show.

The 58th Annual NSMA’s Awards will be held on June 26, 2017 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where Sturgis will receive his honor. Sturgis began his career working at recording studios in Knoxville and Atlanta.

So it’s refreshing that on Tuesday, March 28, ESPN Radio and espnW will collaborate on a three-hour program called The Trifecta: Women Making History Special. It will air 9 p.m. – Midnight ET on ESPN Radio and be simulcast on ESPN3.

Univision is launching its L.A. based afternoon show, “El Free-Guey,” into syndication beginning April 10. She show is hosted by Sylvia del Valle “La Bronca,” with co-hosts Jose Gutierrez “El Tambochi” and Carlos Ivan Paez “El Compa Ivan.

He’s Heading Across The Country

Drew Bland is moving from Florida to Seattle as he takes the position of PD at Entercom's 100.7 The Wolf starting April 12. Bland joins the Entercom Seattle team from K92.3 FM (WWKA) in Orlando, where he was Director of Programming and Branding. Bland was #19 on Radio Ink's 2017 Best Country PD's in America list. He replaces Mike Preston.
