Paragon Media Strategies has added Zach Gilltrap -- award-winning Audio Imaging Producer -- to its ranks. Gilltrap has provided sound design creative services to radio stations, networks, studios, and Paragon clients for 20+ years.

When MPR announced The Current morning show co-host Brian Oake was let go, no reason was given. Now, a petition has been launched to get him his job back and there's speculation as to why he was let go.

More changes at Entercom's Boston talk station. In a column on the WEEI website Reimer announced he's leaving radio to take a job at the State House as the Director of Communications for Sen. Eric Lesser.

WHUR 96.3FM in Washington, DC, has a new PD. Al Payne brings over two decades of programming experience to the flagship station of the Howard University Radio Network.

Not Sports with Darren Smith and Jack Cronin can now be heard from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on iHeart's KOGO-AM in San Diego. Smith currently hosts a 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. show on XTRA 1360. Smith has been in the San Diego market covering sports radio since 2004.

Washington-area based telecommunications, media, and technology law firm Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth has brought Elizabeth Craig into the firm as an Associate. Craig interned with the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's Mobility Division in 2018.

August 19, 2019 marks 30 years for Bub McCullough with 101.3 WMCI in Mattoon, IL. Bud Walters, owner of the Cromwell Group, was on hand to thank McCullough for his years of service.

Dave O’Brien is the new morning show host for Entercom Classic Rock station KQMT-FM/Denver (The Mountain). O’Brien has significant experience in multiple formats. Prior to joining Entercom, he served as morning show host for WLHK-FM in Indianapolis since 2005. 

According to the family, a memorial service will be held for Dwight Case at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 26 at Bel Air Presbyterian. The family is asking friends to consider a donation to The Broadcasters Foundation in Case's name rather than sending flowers. Case died earlier this month.

Matt Jones will no longer co-host "Hey Kentucky" on WLEX Radio. Jones has been considering a run for Senate and is writing a book called "Mitch, Please" about Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell.
