This executive reports to the President/CEO, sits on the Executive Leadership Team, and leads all advancement, including pledge drives, direct response, recurring and major giving, planned gifts, and partnerships.
The right candidate brings 10+ years of advancement or nonprofit revenue experience, 5+ in leadership, and a record of growing diversified revenue and donor relationships.
Nonprofit media or radio experience is a plus.
Based in Tucson, AZ, with very competitive pay, bonus potential, and a relocation package.
