Audacy Inc. has agreed to a multi-year extension of its broadcast partnership with the University of Oregon. Under the renewed multiplatform agreement, KFXX-AM “1080 The Fan” in Portland, Ore., will continue as the flagship radio station for Oregon Ducks football, men’s basketball and baseball.
And for the first time, KFXX-AM will also serve as the home of women’s basketball.
All games will also stream on the Audacy app within the Portland area.
The partnership between Audacy and the University of Oregon was facilitated through Learfield, the radio broadcast rights holder of Oregon Sports Properties.
As part of the partnership, KFXX-AM will air all regular and postseason games and continue to air “Ducks Insider,” weekdays year-round, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look into the University of Oregon’s sports.
Head football coach Dan Lanning will also join the “Ducks Football Coaches Show” during football season.
