B100 (WBYT-FM) St. Jude Radiothon raised $321,425. The Elkhart, Indiana station’s footprint covers Indiana and Michigan.
Included in the effort was an outreach to schools to collect pennies. Two million pennies were collected. The radiothon included numerous stories about the good work St. Jude has done over the years.
This year’s total was a record for the radiothon that has raised more than $6.3 million over the years.
