The companies say the new partnership will integrate Aptivada’s contesting platform and PromoSuite Next and PromoSuite Mail products. The result will injects Aptivada’s contest entrant information directly into PromoSuite’s winner database. That will then enable radio stations to use PromoSuite Next to manage the prize fulfillment process including remotely generating winner release and W9 forms. Additionally, the winner’s data would be available within PromoSuite Mail for inclusion in future email campaigns.
