WTMX Chicago radio host Eric Ferguson is being accused, by a former assistant producer, of forcing her to perform sexual favors. Ferguson, through his attorney, denies the allegations and Hubbard says it thoroughly investigated the claims.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Cynthia DeNicolo has filed a lawsuit accusing Ferguson coerced her to perform oral sex on him about twice a month between for about 8 months back in 2004.

Ferguson’s attorney Peter Donati has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit last claiming, according to the paper, it was “devoid of factual allegations” and intended to “smear” Ferguson’s reputation.

Market Manager Jeff England issued a statement to The Times: “Hubbard Radio learned of complaints from a former employee, Cynthia DeNicolo, related to the conduct of Eric Ferguson while they were coworkers at The Mix. We take concerns about our workplace culture and the experience of our employees very seriously, and with the full support of Hubbard Radio Chicago and Hubbard Broadcasting we took steps immediately to investigate. An internal investigation and an independent external investigation found no evidence to corroborate allegations of illegal workplace conduct.”
