Cumulus Adds Two New SVP’s

Doug Cohn (left) and Bruce Gilbert (right), have been named to newly created positions across Music & Entertainment and Sports. Cohn has been named Senior Vice President, Music & Entertainment, Content and Audience. Gilbert has been named Senior Vice President Sports, Content and Audience.

Previously at ViacomCBS, Cohn served as Senior Vice President, Music & Talent for Nickelodeon. Gilbert is a seven-year Cumulus veteran, with nearly four decades of industry experience. He continues to direct all sports programming for Cumulus radio stations and Westwood One.

  1. While I’m sure nice guys, when is Cumulus ever going to promote any females and/or non-white males into leadership positions? Look at the history of Cumulus and the makeup of any person in leadership who is an SVP that not is Grimes or Berner. Lots of talented females leave. Wonder why? No opportunity for advancement.
