Baton Rouge based Guaranty Media teamed up with former LSU and NFL star Todd McClure to help one of the hardest hit areas of Louisiana. The August 29 Hurricane cut a path of destruction across Southeast Louisiana.
The ‘Patch The Boot’ event resulted in a trailer full of donations that were delivered to the Terrebonne Parish town of Houma. The effort was in association with the Zachary Police Department and the non-profit ‘Zachary Is A Light’.
More than 80 people died as a result of the hurricane.
