NRG Media’s 107.3 FM (KBBK-FM/HD1) in Lincoln, NE has rebranded for the season. The “At Work Station” with music from the 90’s through today, is now “Lincoln’s Christmas Station”.
“We knew 2020 has been one of, if not the hardest, years in recent history. With all the negative noise around us, we felt it was a good idea to be early with the Christmas cheer this year,” said Jill Marshall, PD.
Morning show hosts, Gina and Joe, posed the question to their listeners to help them decide what would be the perfect song to kick off the 2020 Christmas season. Band Aid’s classic “Do They Know It’s Christmas” was the winning suggestion.
