The insurance and financial services company has held onto the number one spot on the Media Monitors list of radio’s leading advertisers. Proving last week was no fluke, State Farm ran an impressive 65,232 spots last week. GEICO, while hanging on to second position, was well off the pace with a still very healthy 50,006 ads. American Express homed in on the festive spending season, moving up to number three with 48,720 ads. Completing the top five were JCPenney (42,851) and Vicks (32,802).
