Chris Carlin Signs With ESPN New York

After losing his job with WFAN, where he worked with Bart Scott and Maggie Gray, Chris Carlin announced on Twitter that he’ll be hosting the 7-10 p.m. slot on ESPN in New York.

Carlin was quickly congratulated by Michael Kay, whom he had been filling in for, on the social media platform.

Carlin left Philadelphia to work with Scott and Gray in the afternoon drive slot. Then Mike Francesa came out of retirement to take his old slot back, which pushed the trio to the 1-3 p.m. slot. Scott is also expected to jump to ESPN in 2020 with Stephen A. Smith leaving the radio side.
