Gunner Jackson and Cheyenne Davis are the new morning team on the Phoenix country powerhouse owned by Entercom. Market Manager Dave Pugh says Gunner and Cheyenne will bring a ton of energy and positivity to the show and are the perfect hosts to help listeners begin their mornings.

Jackson joins Entercom from KDBL-FM in Yakima, WA, where he served as morning show host as well as brand manager. He previously worked as an executive producer at KBKS-FM in Seattle, morning show host and program director for KYSN-FM in Wenatchee, WA and KIQK-FM in Rapid City, SD, and as an on-air host for KUJ-FM in Tri-Cities, WA. Jackson said he’s grateful to both Dave Pugh and PD Tim Richards for this opportunity. “The team at KMLE is world-class and I am beyond excited to join such an awesome station. I’m ecstatic to be a part of the future of KMLE and ready to hit the ground running.”

Davis began her radio career in 2018 at KDBL-FM in Yakima, WA as co-host of the morning show alongside Jackson. He invited her to audition for the role after noticing her infectious personality at the local gym where she worked. Davis is active in the Yakima, WA community and has spearheaded multiple charitable initiatives including a clothing drive for an elementary school and a softball tournament for Children’s Village. “I am appreciative of this opportunity that Dave Pugh and Tim Richards have given me and can’t wait to get to work,” said Davis. “Joining the KMLE team is extremely exciting and I look forward to bringing great content and laughs to the Valley.”
