The compensation committee of the board of directors of Emmis has awarded bonuses to CEO Jeff Smulyan ($2.625 million), COO Pat Walsh ($1.275 million) and CFO Ryan Hornaday ($637,500). The bonuses were made public in an SEC filing this week.
