Sam Williams, Gospel Radio host for more than 50 years, passed away November 18. He was 93 years old.
Generations remember his Sunday morning shows on WDZZ-FM, and earlier in his broadcast journey on WAMM-AM.
Williams, according to Mlive.com/Flint, was instrumental in helping start up Flint’s first black-owned FM station more than 40 years ago.
