KQFN “The Fanatic” in Phoenix has added The Daily Line, Westwood One’s first sports gaming program to its lineup. The program discusses the biggest topics in sports, but with a gambling focus that includes analysis of betting odds, point spreads, and line movements.
“We are excited to be the first radio station in Phoenix to air a daily program focusing on the popular sports gaming industry,” said Ron Cohen, President of CRC Broadcasting. “The addition of the The Daily Line completes a recent transformation of our daily programming.”
More than a year ago, a Supreme Court ruling cleared the way for states to decide on legal sports gambling. Arizona is one of 24 states with legislation on the books to legalize sports wagering; 11 states have already legalized sports betting.
