WIR’s New Membership Program

Women In Radio will launch a new membership program on September 30, offering affiliates access to exclusive professional opportunities, one-on-one consultations, and more.

“Developing a space that offers support to women in an industry that is male dominated was important to me,” said Meaghan Taylor, Founder of Women In Radio. “This organization was created due to a need for mentorship and professional development that, many women such as myself, experience at the beginning of your radio career.”

The new program offers three levels of membership: Month to Month ($9.99), Annual ($100), and Lifetime ($500). Each tier includes access to resources in an eLearning Center, updates on upcoming WIR events, professional development consultations, and discounted merchandise. It also includes a member-only black card and preferred seating at the annual WIR event. The Lifetime Membership offers access to the green room at the yearly event, along with the opportunity to join a conference call to discuss and plan content and events for the following year.

Each year the organization hosts an annual event that allows attendees to learn from a panel of women in the industry.
