Veteran sports reporter and anchor Carol Maloney will join ESPN 630/Washington, DC, as host of The Carol Maloney Show, starting August 6. The show will air weekdays, 10 a.m. to Noon ET, and will feature commentary, guests, listener call-ins, and contributions from ESPN 630’s Andy Pollin.
Maloney has covered sports in DC since 2001, working for Comcast SportsNet and NBC Sports Washington, and serving as a beat reporter for all major pro teams in the city. She continues to serve as a field reporter and show host for MASN — the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network — on Washington Nationals baseball telecasts. She joined former DC sports anchor Dave Feldman in 2007, hosting the pair’s Feldman & Maloney Show on WTEM.
