WCOW General Manager William Hoffman passed away suddenly on Wednesday at the age of 57. During his eleven years with the La Crosse, WI station Hoffman helped guide the station to 5 CMA and 3 ACM nominations as well as being named “Station of The Year” by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association in 2015 and 2016.

The station is in Sparta Wisconsin. La Crosse is 40 miles away.
