Russ Parr is host of a new morning show on Radio One Philadelphia station Classix 107.9 FM. The Russ Parr Morning Show premiered on Monday, July 29. Parr is a well-known figure in media and television but also a noted voice on black music and culture. He first landed his own morning show on 1580 KDAY in Los Angeles, the first 24-hour, all hip hop station in the country.
