Jay Michaels has been promoted to Operations Manager for Entercom’s five-station cluster in Shreveport, LA. Michaels will continue in his current roles as Program Director and PM drive personality for Hot AC station KQHN/Q97.3 in Shreveport. Prior to joining Cumulus in January, Michaels was Program Director for Cumulus’ WJJK and WYRG in Indianapolis.
