Peake has been on KOOL-FM in Phoenix for nearly 40 years. He tells AZCentral.com the decision to come off the air as afternoon host wasn’t his idea but he has no bad feelings or regrets. Peake will remain the station’s music director. The Classic Hits station is owned by Entercom.
