Joe Browning is the new Operations Manager for Cumulus’ four-station cluster in Melbourne, FL. You can tack onto that the titles of Program Director of CHR station WAOA-FM/Melbourne and afternoon host (under the pseudonym Joe Kelley) at WAOA. Browning joins Cumulus Melbourne from Corpus Christi, TX, where he served as Corporate Program Director for Hometown Media’s 16 regional stations.
