Chad Edward Joyce is behind bars after being accused of stalking Alpha Media Lubbock host Amy Olivares. Joyce was indicted by a grand jury after allegedly breaking into Olivares’ house and taking pictures of her while she was sleeping. Now Olivares is speaking out about the ordeal.
Olivares tells KCBD Television that things are difficult for her now because she looks at everyone like they are her next stalker. “Are they the next person to try to hurt me? There’s just all these what if’s and I don’t trust anyone. I was violated. Someone breaking into your home, harassing you, stalking you, and then taking pictures of you and recording you without your consent. I’m grateful to God that I didn’t get hurt, but I’m glad justice is being served.”
Joyce’s bond was set at $60,000 by a judge.
