Spanish-language broadcasting company LBI Media has named Tomas Rubio the new PD for KNOR La Raza 93.7FM, KBOC Luna 98.3FM, and KZZA La Ranchera 106.7FM in Dallas. Rubio is best known for co-creating, producing, and giving voice to the radio character known as “El Morro.” Most recently, he was the lead male host on EstrellaTV’s news magazine show iTestigo.
