Forty-five years in radio is a great achievement, and Chris Cox, Operations Manager and PD of Country station 100.7 KHAY-FM in Oxnard/Ventura, CA, has done just that. Now he’s calling it a day. Cox’s broadcasting career has included on-air and programming positions for stations in Los Angeles, Houston, Cincinnati, Louisville, Anaheim, Palmdale/Lancaster, Evansville, and southern Illinois. He started in his current position with Cumulus in 2012.

What we will miss about Chris is his dedication, hard work, professionalism, and relentless commitment to the success of our cluster. What we will miss MOST about Chris is his leadership, character, and compassion. We wish him well in his much deserved retirement.”
