Salem Media Group has been recognized for the third time as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the country, and also for the third time, the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness.
The winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; and several other indices. Company Wellness entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data.
