WPEG-FM, Beasley Media Group, is teaming up with Habitat for Humanity Charlotte to build a home for a local family. No Limit Larry and the Morning Maddhouse will kick-off the project Friday, January 18.
Listeners and residents over the age of 16 will be invited to join on-air personalities, station staff, and business associates each weekend to help with the project until it’s completed in March.
The initiative will be in conjunction with the official launch of the city’s Community Service Weekend in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. This marks the third consecutive year the station has teamed up with Habitat for Humanity for the project.
