Seven Mountains Media is the buyer of WNKI-FM, WNGZ-FM, WPGI-FM, WWLZ-AM and WRCE-AM in Elmira, N.Y., and WPIG-FM and WHDL-AM in Olean, N.Y. from Community Broadcasters. Seven Mountains is led by Kristin Cantrell. No price was announced.
This purchase will give 7 Mountains Media a total of 38 stations in Pennsylvania and upstate New York. Former WBEB General Manager Jim Loftus was hired as the COO of Seven Mountains back in October of 2018.
