The Washington Times reports that a restaurant Westwood One syndicated host Michael Savage frequents received a threatening e-mail demanding they deny the host service. Authorities are investigating the e-mail. Savage decided not to go to that location and is taking the threat seriously.
Here’s a portion of the e-mail that was printed in The Times. It was written in all caps: “I DEMAND THAT YOU REFUSE TO ALLOW MICHAEL SAVAGE … IN YOUR F-ING RESTAURANT AGAIN. HE IS A RACIST WHITE SUPREMACIST PIECE OF SH— … DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO ME? WELL I GUESS YOURE ALL GONNA F—ING DIE THEN CUZ I AM WAITING FOR THE MOTHAF— AND I WILL WAIT AND WATCH YOUR F—ING BUSINESS AND WHEN I SEE HIM GO IN THERE IM GOING TO START SHOOTING EVERY BODY I CAN FIND. I OWN 3 GUNS AND I CAN DO SOME SERIOUS F—ING DAMAGE. I WILL KILL AS MANY OF YOU.
Savage told the Times that he’s been a victim of death threats before. He took this one very seriously and decided to change locations for safety reasons. He said authorities “have a suspect they’re looking at.”
