James Eiseman was known to Rochester radio listeners as “The Iceman.” Eiseman worked the 7 p.m. to midnight shift at WPXY in Rochester back in the 80’s. He also worked at WABC in New York and WHDH in Boston before settling down with his family in upstate New York. His followers at WPXY called themselves “The Icicles.”
