Frank Garcia (left), half of the afternoon show of Garcia and Bailey on WFNZ-AM in Charlotte, was arrested last weekend for the misdemeanor assault of a female, according to The Charlotte Observer. The paper says the 29-year-old alleged victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.
Entercom Charlotte Market Manager Matt Hanlon told the paper he couldn’t comment yet.
Garcia played nine years with the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, St. Louis Rams, and Arizona Cardinals. He is also an assistant high school football coach for Charlotte Catholic.
