Befitting her stunning moniker, Crystal Legends is moving up in the world. Specifically, Dick Broadcasting promoted her to OM on November 13, for their Greenville/New Bern/Jacksonville, NC, cluster, including Country 95.1 WRNS, CHR BOB93.3, ROCK 105.5, 92.3 & 101.1 The River, and 960AM Sports/Talk “The Bull.” Legends replaces Chris “Hollywood” Mann who exited in September.
Dick Broadcasting VP of Programming Jason Goodman said, “After a nationwide search, Crystal proved that she was the right choice for the position. She has enormous passion and was essential in leading our programming team in the New Bern market during Hurricane Florence.”
GM Tony Denton added, “Crystal Legends has been with our company since 2007, I also worked with Crystal prior to her joining here. She has served very well in many positions during her tenure here. That, with all the experience she has gained, certainly made the decision to promote her to be our Operations Manager an easy one!”
Legends herself said, “It’s an honor to be believed in. I started interning in radio in high-school and went full time while still in college. This is all I’ve ever wanted to do in life. The co-workers I have, the connections I’ve made, and the leaders in DBC make everything worth it. I’m truly proud to be part of the team.”
