Hubbard On The Move In Cincinnati?

0

Cincinnati.com is reporting that Hubbard hopes to buy several vacant lots owned by the City of Cincinnati in Oakley, where it would build a new 30,000-square-foot office building and broadcast facility. The property is valued at $522,000. Hubbard Cincinnati includes WUBE (Country), WKRQ (Hot AC), WYGY (New Country), and WREW (Best Mix).

The article states that Hubbard would bring about $14.2 million in annual payroll to Oakley, retain 142 jobs and hire 37 more people. The new building would replace Hubbard’s facility in Walnut Hills.

The City Planning Commission votes on the matter in early December.
