Eight thousand of them, in fact. It was the Steve Harvey Morning Show Annual Turkey Give, conducted in tandem with Premiere Networks and involving 100 affiliates nationwide — a Thanksgiving treat for those less fortunate. Since the Turkey Give was launched in 2009, nearly 70,000 turkeys have been provided to those in need.
