On Monday morning, the National Association of Broadcasters and the NAB Education Foundation unveiled an online toolkit to help journalists cover sensitive stories involving religion as part of the “Awareness in Reporting” initiative. The toolkit’s launch was followed by a panel discussion featuring journalists and leaders in the faith community moderated by TEGNA’s WUSA anchor-reporter Bruce Johnson.
