Podcast and media company Cadence13 has announced a partnership with talent and entertainment company United Talent Agency to create Ramble, a podcast network dedicated to digital talent. The network will include podcasting and other platforms, including social media, events, and merchandise. The goal of the company is to expand how audiences connect with digital talent.

Cadence13 Chief Content Officer Chris Corcoran said, “Ramble is going to be an incredibly exciting hub for the fans of these digital stars by expanding their audiences into original podcast content in a very authentic and relatable way. Ramble will be a community of digital stars that core fans will want to feel and be a part of, as well as a discovery platform to find new fans.”

UTA is one of the few agencies with a dedicated podcast division, representing networks such as Wondery, Gannett, Tenderfoot, and HowStuffWorks, and creators including Ira Glass, Sarah Koenig, Marc Smerling, Chris Hardwick, Aaron Mahnke, Anna Faris, Karen Kilgariff, Georgia Hardstark, Jake Brennan, and Guy Raz. The division is responsible for brokering Amy Schumer’s comedy podcast deal with Spotify, the first of its kind for the streaming platform. UTA represents half of Apple Podcast’s 20 Most Downloaded new podcasts, with UTA client podcasts generating over 300 million downloads last year alone.
