On Wednesday morning, The Bert Show officially introduced the newest member of their nationally syndicated morning radio show, Maurice “Moe” Mitchell. Moe joins host Bert Weiss and co-hosts Kristin Klingshirn and Davi Crimmins weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST in over 17 markets. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Moe found his way into comedy by doing voice overs and writing commercials for actor and comedian, D.L. Hughley.

“I am super excited to be the newest member of this amazing family and I hope to be someone everyone feels like they have known forever,” says Moe Mitchell. “As a stand-up and sometimes sitdown comedian, I am looking forward to filling people’s hearts with joy, and using laughter as medicine. I really use life experiences to help people experience life.”

“Moe has the same mentality as the rest of the show when it comes to connecting and showing the intimate sides of his personal life,” says Bert Weiss, host of The Bert Show. “I feel like he’s a unique piece and completes our puzzle. He’s funny. He’s approachable. He’s smart.”
