  1. This is one more reason why Ihate, i Mean iHearth Radio needs to fire their CEO, Mr. Pittman!

But, What can you spect from a guy who comes from obsolete businesses like MTV?
This is what happens when you give power to a clueless CEO who has no idea how to do radio.
How in The hell do you open up your playlist, so every one can get access to it when you suppose to do the opposite, attract people to listen to your radio stations but not by giving away your playlist, so they may listen where ever they want and for free!!! With out DJ’s! With out Commercial! Totally FREE!!!!But, where is the business model? On the subscriptions? Give me a break!

Terrestrial Radio is not PANDORA! Terrestrial Radio is not SPOTIFY! Stop trying to make the wheel square when it si ROUND!! Stop making terrestrial radio to look like an Online on demand Service!

THE HEART and soul of your Terrestrial Radio Station and Your format, is your playlist! Every radio owner must know this golden RULE! If you give away your playlist to your listeners via DOWNLOAD, USB’s, HARD DRIVES, or via what ever… You are giving away the reason why they come to listen to your signals in the first place.

This IDIOT, Mr. PITTMAN, is the same STUPID CEO who sold the land of Hundreds of AM radio Tower Sites in order to make an small revenue in the short term, but just to come back later on and lease those same tower sites, and in many cases, to face evictions when the Land Owners decided to develop that land instead of leasing them to the Decaying of AM Radio Business!

HOW IN THE HELL DID THEY ALLOWED THAT?

The most important resource of an AM Radio station, its where their tower site is sitting, yet they sold the LAND!!!!! Once the land is gone, who may guarantee that you wont be evicted out of those sites? If an AM radio station loose their land, they are DONE!!

Mr. Pittmann is trying to compete with Pandora and Spotify with their ihearth lousy radio APP, but it would be a horrible marketing strategy for their radio business model.
If listeners get access to the 5000 or 10,000 songs of a Radio Station’s Playlist, tell me why would they ever may tune into their Land Radio signals again when all the music is their phone’s or computers?

The way to save radio is not by sacrificing the very same thing that attract listeners: CONTENT!!
LET THEM LISTEN IT on your ONLINE STREAMS, but DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE IT OR OWN IT EVEN IF IT IS ON DEMAND!

LIKE I SAID! FIRE Mr. PITTMAN! He is an stupid idiot who only likes to travel all over the world with is private airplane while his company is BANKRUPT!

The Only profitable part of his business model is the RADIO ADVERTISING REVENUE coming from the Land Radio signals meanwhile is Radio APP, and his Massive CONCERTS, are just toys to impress the elite, but those are not serious businesses who create real revenue for the lousy and bankrupted company.

If you give away your playlist to every one, can guarantee that even your own competition wont get access to it and use it against you? Daaaaaaa!!!!
