National Radio Advertising Jumped 15% in February

That’s according to a report from Standard Media Index released on Monday. Across all media, SMI says February was a great month for national which rose 8% (excluding the Olympics) with digital seeing the biggest gain at 18%. National TV grew 12% and Out-of-Home grew 9%. Print continued its decline, off a whopping 26% for the month.

Here’s a look at the strongest national categories for the month of February:

Internet Radio grew by +18% in February YoY. Pandora brought in the most advertising revenue, growing +5% compared to last February. Spotify saw revenues grow by +63%. SMI says iHeartMedia was down 5% in February.
