Chris “DECiPHA” Hernandez has been promoted to Program Director for LIVE 101.5 in Phoenix (KALV-FM). Hernandez was previously the Assistant Program Director and Music Director for the station. Hernandez began as an on-air mixer on 101.5 JAMZ in 2009 and was promoted to the role of Imaging Director in 2010.
