iHeartMedia makes the flip to ALT 96.1 in Spokane moving Kix Country up the dial to 99.3, which is a translator, and was UP99.3 airing a Christian format. The station will feature The Woody Show weekday mornings and broadcast commercial-free music from 10 a.m.–noon.
