Pamal Broadcasting has hired A.J. Bodden as Market Manager in Albany (New York) where the company has six stations. Bodden previously worked as a VP at Townsquare where he managed a division of the company’s corporate live events business. He replaces Bryan Hollenbaugh who purchased a station in Gaylord, Michigan.

Also, John Damboragian (pictured right) has been hired as Pamal’s new Director of Digital where he will oversee digital sales and assets for all 23 Pamal stations across four markets from White Plains, NY, to Rutland, VT. John has spent the last seven years with Gannett Media in Westchester County, New York, most recently as their Digital Manager. Prior to his time with Gannett, Damboragian was the Digital Sales Director at Five Star Media, a regional digital agency.

COO Steve Borneman said, “We are absolutely thrilled to have the caliber of executives with the combined experience and expertise that A.J and John bring to our company. Having these two leaders will surely bring the level of competitiveness and professionalism to a higher level.”
