Community Broadcasters LLC have signed a multi-year agreement to work with the Children’s Miracle Network for the annual CMN Hospitals Radiothon. The 2018 radiothon, scheduled for September 5-7, will air on multiple stations across two markets in South Carolina: Florence and Sumter. The funds raised will benefit McLeod Children’s Hospital.
“We are so excited to enter into this partnership with CMN and look forward to helping raise funds for McLeod Children’s Hospital,” said SC Regional Market Manager Wayne Mulling. “The radiothon will blanket South Carolina for three days in September on WWKT, WSIM, and WFRK FM.”
“We look forward to partnering with Community Broadcasters to raise awareness of McLeod Children’s Hospital and the excellent care provided to sick and injured children from the Midlands to the Coast,” said Davis Sawyer, McLeod Children’s Hospital Fund Manager. “The Radiothon is a unique opportunity to raise funds and make a difference in the lives of more than 56,000 children treated at McLeod Children’s Hospital each year.”
