The inaugural Hope for the Hills Radiothon for LifeScape raised $38,217 to help children with disabilities. Haugo Broadcasting stations KICK 104, Hits 102.7, 95.1 KSKY, and ESPN Rapid City 1340 AM/105.7 FM broadcast the radiothon from LifeScape in Rapid City for two days, Dec. 7-8, 2017. The radiothon included telling stories of the people who have benefited from LifeScape services. All proceeds stay local to benefit children with disabilities in western South Dakota supported by LifeScape. LifeScape offers support through specialized programs and equipment, transportation, therapy, outreach and more.

According to Christian Haugo, President of Haugo Broadcasting, “The event was just incredible. We were all blown away by the support and generosity of our listeners. Our staff worked hard for months to make this inaugural event a success and their work paid off. It really would not have been possible with them.”
