99.1 PLR/Connecticut morning team Chaz and AJ took their show to Jordan’s Furniture in New Haven Friday morning and raised $109,852.78 in cash and toys. It was their annual four-and-half-hour Chaz and AJ McDermott Chevrolet and Lexus Toy Drive. The toys were immediately distributed to the McGivney Community Center of Bridgeport, Boys and Girls Village of Milford, Center for Human Services of Stratford, Rite-Way-4-Kids of New Haven, and the Boys and Girls Club of Lower Naugatuck Valley.
“There are no words that properly express the gratitude I feel towards our tribe for coming up big and helping show many kids kindness this holiday season,” Chaz said.
