Pandora has hired former Gap Executive Aimée Lapic as its new CMO. Lapic spent 13 years at The Gap where she served most recently as CMO for Banana Republic. Lapic replaces Nick Bartle who left earlier this year on the same day Founder Tim Westergren resigned.

Lapic also held the Gap Inc. leadership roles of SVP and GM of International Gap Outlet. Before joining Gap Inc., Lapic held senior roles at Providian (now Chase), two internet startups, and spent time as a consultant.

“Aimée brings to Pandora a deep customer focus and long track record of driving significant growth for consumer brands,” said Roger Lynch, President and CEO of Pandora. “She has the exact performance and partner marketing experience we need to take Pandora to the next level and expand our audience across all tiers of service.”
