On July 17, August 28, and October 4, 2017, agents from the Miami Office of the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau confirmed radio signals on frequency 92.9-FM were emanating from the property of James Seitz on Rockey Dr. in West Palm Beach. The Commission previously warned Seitz back in 2013 about operating a pirate station. Seitz has 10 days to respond to the Commission and shut down his illegal operation.
