Westwood One and Cumulus Media are official radio partners for “The 51st Annual CMA Awards” and will offer radio stations across the country five hours of programming and exclusive content celebrating country music’s best music and brightest stars. The special coverage of the 2017 CMA Awards will be offered to all time zones beginning at 7:00pm EST. The awards air live Wednesday, November 8 on ABC-TV from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Country superstars Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will preside over the evening, returning as hosts for the 10th consecutive year.
The program will include:
- “Countdown to the 2017 CMA Awards”: NASH Nights Live co-host Elaina Smith will anchor this exclusive special, beginning 7 p.m. ET.
- Live Radio Simulcast of ABC-TV’s broadcast of the awards will begin at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific Time Zones and at 7 p.m. Central and Mountain Time Zones.
- “The 2017 CMA Awards Wrap Up Show.” After the ABC-TV telecast, Shawn Parr and Elaina Smith will host this special edition of NASH Nights Live.
All Cumulus Country NASH Nights Live affiliates and NASH Icon stations will air the special coverage of the 2017 CMA Awards.
