The previous format at 105.3 in Norfolk was CHR. ALT 105.3 will broadcast Alternative Rock, including songs from Foo Fighters, Green Day, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, and Kings of Leon. The station will launch commercial free with 10,000 songs in a row.
